gavel 1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these terms. If you are registering on behalf of a corporate entity, pharmaceutical manufacturer, biotech laboratory, or academic institution, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms & Conditions.

app_registration 2. Registrations & Participation

The India Pharma Global Expo 2027 offers registration pathways for Exhibitors, Sponsors, Delegates, and Visitors. All registrations must be made through the official portal with accurate and complete information.

• Credentials & Badges: Entry badges are non-transferable and must be worn visibly at all times within the Hitex Exhibition Centre, Hyderabad. Badge sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in confiscation without refund.
• Right of Admission: Allegan Global Solutions reserves the right to reject any registration or deny entry to any individual whose presence is deemed contrary to the safety or professional standards of the exhibition.

payments 3. Fees, Payments & Cancellations

Exhibitor space bookings, sponsorship packages, and delegate registrations require payments in accordance with the specified schedules.

• Payments: All invoices issued by the organizer must be settled within the stipulated timeframe. Failure to clear balances may result in the forfeiture of the assigned exhibition space or sponsorship benefits.
• Cancellations & Refunds: All payments made for exhibition booth space, sponsorships, or delegate passes are non-refundable. If the event is postponed due to Force Majeure, payments will be carried forward to the rescheduled dates.

domain 4. Venue Guidelines & Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain professional standards of conduct inside the Hitex Exhibition Centre.

• Compliance: Exhibitors must set up, maintain, and dismantle their booths in accordance with the venue safety directives and local fire regulations.
• Prohibited Items: Dangerous goods, unauthorized clinical samples, toxic chemicals, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited within the exhibition halls.

All materials on this website, including design, logos, texts, images, and layout, are the intellectual property of India Pharma Global Expo or Allegan Global Solutions, unless otherwise specified.

Exhibitors retain the intellectual property rights to their displayed brands, research papers, and products, but grant the organizers a non-exclusive license to use photography or videography of their stands for promotional and marketing purposes.

balance 6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the event, website registration, or organizers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
